Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Fabric Cracker Company website (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, located at www.thefabriccrackercompany.co.uk, and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in any fraudulent behavior.


2. Products and Orders

  • All products listed are subject to availability.
     
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or to discontinue any product at any time.
     
  • We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors and packaging may vary from what is shown.
     

Order Process:

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
     
  • An order is only accepted once payment has been received and a shipping confirmation has been sent.
     
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or shipping restrictions.
     

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in £GBP (Great British Pounds) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
     
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
     
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
     
  • We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your payment details.
     

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship to the UK.
     
  • Shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
     
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

SHIPPING POLICY & Return and Refund Policy


SHIPPING POLICY

All parcels are sent by Royal Mail, you will receive an email once your parcel has been dispatched with a tracking number.

All parcels are well packaged to avoid damage whilst in transit. 

All parcels are tracked and signed for and fully insured to the value of the contents to safeguard both you and The Fabric Cracker Company.

Royal Mail advises that delivery can take up to 3-5 working days. If your parcel is not with you after 5 days have passed we advise that you contact Royal Mail first to attempt to locate the package. 

Orders will not be replaced until officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days).

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK


I am able to send items internationally, shipping rates will be calculated depending on location. All international orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked & signed for and insured to the value of the contents.

The Fabric Cracker Company is not responsible for any customs or shipping charges. The fees are the responsibility of the customer so please check before purchasing.


Please Note -  I am unable to ship cracker snaps internationally as they will not clear customs.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 19/08/2025

At The Fabric Cracker Company, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting and packaging our crackers, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Please ensure that you order carefully and check your order is exactly what you want at checkout and then again when you receive your order confirmation. If you find a mistake please inform us within 24 hours so we can amend any errors.


Your Crackers are carefully checked before shipping so they should arrive with you in perfect condition.


1. Returns

If upon receiving your order it is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for us to resolve this for you.


2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at info@thefabriccrackercompany.co.uk with the following:

  • Your order number
     
  • A brief description of the issue
     
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)
     

We aim to respond within 48 hours.


3. Refund Options

If your claim is approved, we may offer you one of the following:

  • A replacement product (shipped at no additional cost)
     
  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method
     
  • Store credit for a future purchase
     

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.


4. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Products returned without prior approval
     
  • Orders reported more than 7 days after delivery


  • Custom/made to order items


  • Customer errors (e.g. wrong shipping address entered)
     

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund the order if it has not yet shipped.


6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect delivery information. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
